This means going to wherever you got said mod from, reading description, making sure you meet all requirements and have all required downloads installed, then launching Skyrim and making sure skyuivr can still read SKSEVR.
Now it should be working properly, the next step is to check ALL MODS 1 by 1. make sure the MCM is in your settings in SkyrimVR.launch Skyrim through the SKSEVR loader in your SkyrimVR folder (I set my SKSEVR to always launch as administrator, seems to help).reinstall SKSEVR manually, except, instead of just the 5 files, drag and drop everything besides the ZIPPED data file (if it’s an open folder or some kind of document just throw it all in next to the SKYRIMVR.exe).
I installed the Morrowloot Utimate mod, so dungeons don't scale with me, so some mercenaries asked me to help them, I was like "Yeah sure", went to this mine full of bandits and was like "fuck no", none of my spells were laying a scratch on them and I pelted it out of there as fast as I could! Bother terrifying and hilarious!! Just played an hour and THOROUGHLY enjoyed it, absolutely terrifying though. I'll probably just stick with this set up now since, well, it works xD and I think I got most of the mods I could want to perfect a reasonably vanilla story-line playthrough (I'm a Skyrim first timer after all! So playing in VR as my first ever playthrough). After doing that it seems to run just fine ^^ I ended up downloading LOOT which flagged up a few clashes in my mods, and suggested compatibility patches between others (really nifty tool since it's difficult to manually track the compatibility between 50+ mods). It's the Vive, but I wonder if there is anything similar for that. You can check this SKSE video guide by Gopher too. There you can change or adjust different values and parameters of mods that come with MCM support.
To access the MCM menu, just go into the in game menu and select “Mod Configuration Tool”. SkyUI VR (link found in the sidebar) can be installed like any other mod, through your mod manager. Then hit enter and you should see the info MO2: add SKSE as app to MO2 and launch it from there!Ĭongrats you have now installed SKSE :) To make sure that it is running, open console in game (tilde key) and type: Vortex: right click the file “ sksevr_loader.exe” (inside the SkyrimVR folder) and create a shortcut to the desktop. Then copy the 5 single files (all starting with sksevr_) and paste them into your SkyrimVR directory (where the SkyrimVR.exe is located).
Pack/Zip the “ Data” folder and rename it to “ SKSE_Data” and install it as usual with your mod manager (drag-drop, or copy to the download folder of your manager) Ignore the “src” and " actionbindings" folder.
